Role and Criteria
Environment
Foster families commit to keeping cats exclusively indoors, offering them a safe environment adapted to their needs, and providing them with an adequate space to allow them to integrate quietly. A room or a section of the house can be suitable to ensure their comfort and well-being during their stay in foster care.
Provide
Foster families must provide cats with the essentials for their well-being, including a clean litter box, fresh water at all times, appropriate food, and the proper care necessary for their health and comfort.
Care
Foster families must have the necessary time to socialize the cat, stimulate it, and interact with it in order to promote its well-being and development. They must also be available for certain veterinary appointments as needed, particularly for vaccines, follow-ups, or required care.
